Frustrated that someone on your team still retypes data that's already in another system?

Is one of your routine tasks ready to be automated?

Bring one task your team did by hand last week. I'll show you which part of it could run automatically.

In the Process Check we look at one of those tasks together. Afterwards you know whether it can be automated and what that would cost.

After an hour you'll know, with a price you can decide on, or take to whoever does. Tell me where your team does manual work every week, and I'll tell you where I'd start.

Ideally a task someone did by hand, from start to finish. By the end of the hour you know what I'd build and roughly what it would cost.

60 minutes on Microsoft Teams, for CHF 99.

Choose a time

Money back if nothing turns out to be worth automating.

Where the time goes

  • Timesheets, receipts or orders arrive by email or on paper, and someone types them in.
  • The monthly report gets rebuilt in Excel from several exports, every time.
  • There's a ChatGPT subscription. The process itself hasn't changed.
  • Someone was asked to "look into AI" and doesn't know where to start.

When a task is a good fit

  • It comes up regularly, every week or every day.
  • It follows fixed rules, even if there are lots of them.
  • The data is already digital somewhere, even if that's an email, a PDF or a spreadsheet.

How the hour works

  1. You show me on screen, or just tell me, how the task runs today: where the data comes from, who does what, how often.
  2. I show you where automation can take over and what stays manual.
  3. You get the price range before we hang up.
  4. Afterwards you get it all in a short written summary.

What you'll have after the hour

Where to start

The task where automation pays off first, and the exact step someone does by hand today.

Whether it's worth it

How often the task comes up, how long it takes each time and who needs the result. That shows you how many hours a build would save.

What the build costs

A price range and a rough timeline. If you hire me to build it, the fee you paid comes off the fixed price.

A written summary

After the call you get a short written summary you can pass on internally.

Two typical examples
  • Service technicians fill in their service reports on their phones, and a draft invoice is created from them. The office just checks it.
  • The weekly ERP report builds itself overnight and is in the inbox on Monday morning.

There's no obligation to have anything built.

Cost

Price

CHF 99

One hour on Microsoft Teams.

If you hire me for a build afterwards, the fee comes off the build price. You pay by card through Stripe when you book, which reserves the slot. Aurum Avis Labs isn't registered for VAT, so no VAT is added.

Money back

If we don't find anything worth automating, you get the full fee back.

This applies once we've had the call. The refund goes back to your card through Stripe.

Available times

Loading available times…

  • 60 minutes on Microsoft Teams. You talk to me directly.
  • Bring work that keeps coming up, or a concrete workflow. Describing it is enough; you don't have to show client data.
  • Once payment goes through, you get the confirmation and Teams link by email.
  • You can reschedule for free up to 12 hours before.

If you want it built

If a build is worth it, you then get a quote at a fixed price. It states the scope, the tests, the documentation and the handover. You decide after that.

Once it's running

Hosting and running it cost 50 to 150 francs a month, depending on the solution. AI service usage comes on top and depends on how much it's used. You can cancel the running costs at any time.
